We have significant industry experience: every coach and mentor has an established coaching business and knows what it takes to build and grow that business and come from varied backgrounds from Corporate to Public Sector to SMEs.
We teach a wide variety of approaches that have strong foundations in Psychology and Neuroscience helping you to be a confident and competent coach. The courses have been designed by Psychology specialists with decades of experience.
We believe in coaching the whole person and supporting you as an individual. We work with you to help you build the skills you need and have course competition rates of over 95%.
We know how important it is to feel part of something, we support you to grow as a coach and feel like you are part of a wider network.
Our trainers are all experienced coaches with at least 500 hours of coaching experience and ICF PCC accreditation or equivalent. All of our trainers have had prior experience teaching / training and have a robust training and developmental plan to maintain standards.
We support you to apply the concepts to coaching conversations and give you lots of feedback so you're confident and competent in your coaching.
