Andy has extensive experience in the financial industry, working 30 years in Investment Banking, Managing at a senior level, and developing a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face at various career and life stages. His coaching is tailored to the individual, their environment, and how the two can align effectively.
Andy has a wealth of lived experiences at home and abroad, and a deep passion for sport and sports coaching.
Through my management and sports coaching journeys, I always enjoyed supporting people to perform at their best, and empowering them to have the confidence to trust in themselves. Coaching allows me to work with individuals, listen to their aspirations, and help them full fill their potential by empowering them to make decisions, add clarity to confusion, and have the confidence to trust in their ability.
