I have a background in education, with over 25 years experience as a teacher and leader in both mainstream and Additional Support Needs. I have a particular passion for inclusive education, and supporting all children to develop their individual strengths and be able to advocate for the support they need to thrive and be happy.
I offer coaching to both parents and education professionals. I believe raising and teaching children are the most important and most difficult roles in our society today. I believe that parents and teachers deserve the best support in thriving in their own lives, whilst helping their young people to grow.
I have helped parents of both neurodiverse and neurotypical children with issues such as time management, setting boundaries, and communication. I have supported teachers with confidence, career progression, and ASN teaching.
I love coaching because it is so simple and yet so effective. It empowers people to draw on their own understanding and strengths in a situation, to find the next steps that will truly work for them as an individual.
As a coach, I love seeing someone gradually untangle their thinking, remember things they had previously forgotten, and begin to put their learning into practise to make positive changes in their lives.
