Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 16 years leading commercial teams and delivering growth and transformation across organisations including The Economist, The Financial Times and Salesforce. Having navigated leadership, organisational change and career progression first-hand, I understand the challenges professionals face. Today, I combine that experience with a practical, thought-provoking coaching approach, helping individuals and leaders unlock their potential, build confidence, gain clarity and create meaningful, sustainable progress.
