I’m an EMCC-accredited senior coach, mentor and supervisor with 25 years of leadership in arts and nonprofit organisations. My supervision work is all about creating space for reflection, ethical clarity, and alignment with personal values, while supporting business and professional growth. I work with founders and leaders aiming to increase social impact and individual collective wellbeing through coaching, action learning, and leadership training. I’m also a coach trainer, EMCC volunteer, podcaster and parent to two teenagers.
From a personal point of view, supervision has been, hands down, the biggest influence on my work and growing my coaching practice. I have learnt so much about myself and the type of coach I want to be, and it’s a space I can take my feelings and wonderings too. I am a big believer in supervision as a way of making the coaching industry better and more accountable.
