Julia is qualified in Mental Health First Aid and Advocacy. She has 20 years’ experience within the Metropolitan Police Service, which required high levels of emotional intelligence, accountability and decision making within complex environments. She has demonstrable experience of supporting workforce welfare and organisational change, including structured support for employees returning from absences.
