Lou is an ICF-trained executive coach and self-confessed chaotic squirrel. She coaches women, people of colour, neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ folks navigating the glass ceiling, really anyone who’s ever felt like they don’t quite belong. Drawing on nearly 20 years in senior marketing leadership and evidence-based practice including DISC profiling, she helps clients get seen, get promoted and get paid. She’s also Founder of Wildflowers of London, a 900+ strong community of professional women. Lou believes people bloom in their own time (oubaitori) and builds her coaching around that.
I’ve been the person doing brilliant work while quietly wondering when someone would notice. Now I get to help others get seen instead. I love watching someone go from waiting to be picked to knowing their worth and asking for it, the promotion, the pay rise, the seat at the table, and getting it.
