I’m an ICF, IPHM & ACCPH-certified, trauma-informed Holistic Grief Coach and a mother of three walking my own path with grief.
Having lost my Dad, Step-Dad, and dear friend-turned-sister-in-law in recent years, I understand how all-consuming grief can feel. The heaviness. The paralysis. The sense of being lost inside it.
My work offers a gentle, holistic space where your grief is honoured – not rushed or fixed. We listen to your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build the capacity to hold both sorrow and joy.
Together, we create space for you to become the container for your grief – so it no longer contains you.
You don’t have to walk this alone.
I love coaching because it creates space for people to be truly seen in their grief without judgement, fixing, or rushing the process. Witnessing someone reconnect with their body, their truth, and their capacity to carry love and loss together is deeply meaningful. It’s an honour to walk beside people as they find their way forward.
