Fay’s background is People, Workforce & Business Development and Performance Improvement. She’s worked with businesses of various sizes over a variety of sectors. Led teams, multi-million-pound projects – and supported client’s through the Foot & Mouth crisis of 2001, the financial crash of 2008, and most recently, Covid. Fay is a PCC accredited coach with the ICF and alongside working at Optimus Coach Academy as a trainer, mentor and assessor, through her own practice she works with organisations, leaders and business owners to cultivate culture, leadership effectiveness and high performance.
