Ruth is the course director and founder at Optimus Coach Academy and is a MCC accredited coach, mentor and supervisor. Ruth has run her own private practice since 2016 working mainly with leaders and small business owners. Prior to this she spent over a decade in school leadership using coaching skills with her teams and working as a leadership coach. She has over 10,000 coaching hours working with individuals and teams and has experience of working with individuals and organisations from SMEs to FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 companies. Ruth has published 3 books and is a well respected voice in the coaching industry.
